Dear Friends of the Mount Pleasant Farmers’ Market:

Hello Spring!  Looks to be a nice day at the Market, cloudy & brisk, maybe a little foggy at first, then warming up a little, so keep the jacket handy and see you at the Market.

Market Events:

Bike Clinic – Aaron & the volunteer bike technicians will be out to help you fix your flats and other mysterious bike problems.    10a – 1p.  They are always looking for more people who want to help others with their bike maintenance.


9a-11a – Darrel Willis, Acoustic guitar pop songs and blues.

11a-1p – Carol Beswick, Folk, rock, blues & even a few kids tunes come together on ukulele & guitar.

Community Events:

Saturday Morning Yoga – Start your Saturdays with Carol, Marjorie and some relaxing, stress-free yoga.  Everyone is welcome, beginners especially!  Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water.  Bring your own yoga mat or use one of theirs.  10am, MtP Library

Saturday Book Sale  –  Come by the library every Saturday, from 11-2p, for weekly Friends of the Mt. Pleasant Library book sales. The Friends room is up on the 2nd floor across from the entrance to the Children’s Room.

Thrift Shop Sale & Luncheon to Benefit MtP’s Rosemount Center – Saturday, April 6, 11a-2p – This annual Spring Thrift Show is the perfect place to find good quality, gently used clothing, jewelry, accessories, home goods, and children’s items at a reasonable price.  A portion of the proceeds will be designated for Rosemount Center.  All Saints Church Thrift Shop, 3 Chevy Chase Circle, Chevy Chase, MD 20815
